Custom Artwork Orders


How do I place a custom artwork order?
To place a custom order, you can either use our HA Arts AI consultant or directly contact us at contact@haarts.co with your request, including details such as size, preferred medium, subject matter, and any specific instructions. Once we confirm the details, we will provide a quote and estimated timeline.


How long does it take to complete a custom artwork?
Completion times vary based on the complexity and size of the piece. Typically, custom artwork takes between 2 to 6 weeks. We will provide a more accurate timeline once your order is confirmed.


Do you require a deposit for custom artwork?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion before the artwork is shipped or delivered.


Can I request changes to my custom artwork?
Adjustments can be made during the ideation and conceptualization process. However, once the artist picks up their brush, any major revisions may incur additional charges and based on feasibility depending on the stage of the process. Please communicate your vision clearly when placing your order to ensure satisfaction.


Prints Ordering


How can I order prints of your artwork?
Prints can be ordered directly from our website. Simply browse our collection, select the size and format you prefer, and proceed with checkout. The orders are fulfilled by our trusted quality third party print suppliers. 


What types of prints do you offer?
We offer high-quality prints on paper, canvas in various sizes and also select merchandise available on our website. Additional options such as framing may be available upon request.


How long does it take to receive my prints?
Print orders typically take 5-10 business days for processing and shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Do you accept returns on prints?
Due to the nature of print production, all sales are final. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@haarts.co with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement.


Course Information


Do my lessons ever expire?
No. Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access to its content. "Lifetime membership" means you can access the online learning environment, videos, and resources as long as the HA Arts domain remains active and accessible online. If the domain becomes inactive or inaccessible for any reason, students will no longer have access to the course materials.


How do the online courses work?
After enrolling, you will have access to all course materials immediately. The courses are self-paced, allowing you to learn and practice at your convenience. You will also receive an invitation to join an optional private community where you can connect with other students and share your progress.


I'm not very tech-savvy. Will the online courses be hard to navigate?
Not at all! Our platform is designed to be user-friendly. The lessons are well-organized, and navigating through the content is simple. After enrolling, you will be taken directly to your course dashboard and receive an email with instructions. If you have any issues, you can reach out to our support team at contact@haarts.co.


What You Need


What supplies are needed for the courses?
Each course comes with a detailed supply list, which you will receive upon purchase. You can find these supplies at major retailers like Amazon, local art stores, or specialized art suppliers.


How can I access the lessons?
Our courses do not require any special software. You can access your lessons directly from your account on our website. They work on all modern devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. If you experience any technical issues, try updating your browser or contact us at contact@haarts.co for assistance.


I can't remember my username or password. How do I log in?
To reset your password, click "Sign In" on the website, then select "Forgot Password." Enter your email address, and you will receive a password reset link. If you need further help, email us at contact@haarts.co.


Payment


How does the payment plan work?
We offer installment payment plans for those who prefer to pay over time. When selecting an installment plan, you commit to completing all scheduled payments. This is not a subscription that can be canceled mid-payment.


What forms of payment do you accept? When will I be charged?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unless you choose an installment plan, the full amount will be charged at the time of enrollment.

  • Installment plans must be completed as agreed upon and cannot be canceled mid-term.
  • No refunds are available for custom artwork, prints, or online courses.

4. Liability

  • HA Arts is not responsible for technical issues preventing access to courses.
  • We are not liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Custom Artwork Orders

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom artwork.

  • All sales of custom artwork are final.

2. Prints & Online Orders

  • Print orders are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • All sales are final; replacements are only provided for damaged or defective items.
